This return policy applies to orders delivered in the United States. Orders delivered outside the United States are covered in the section “Orders delivered outside the United States” below.
Return window
You may return an eligible United States delivery within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact us before the window ends so we can issue a return label.
What can be returned
For United States deliveries, we accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. A non-defective item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with the original tags attached when they were supplied. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be returned within the same 30-day window, even if you tried the item on to discover the problem. Please include photos of the defect or damage with your return request. We do not accept exchanges.
How to return an item
United States returns are accepted by mail only. Email [email protected] or call +1 (406) 505-9169 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason. We will send a free return label for you to download and print. Pack the item, attach the label, and ship it by mail. There is no restocking fee.
The return address is the address printed on the label, and it is in the United States. You never need to ship an item to Vietnam. Do not ship a return to our Sheridan, Wyoming contact office or to our address in Vietnam unless we tell you to.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method used at checkout. After we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few more days to show it. The refund includes the product price. The original outbound shipping fee of $6.99 is also refunded when the return is due to our error, including a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. For a non-defective return, the outbound shipping fee is not refunded.
Cancellations
Email us with your order number. If production has not started, we can cancel the order and refund it in full. Once production or shipment has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and this policy applies after delivery.
Cases we cannot accept
We may decline a refund if the 30-day window has passed, if a non-defective item is not in new condition, or if the return was sent without a label we issued.
Orders delivered outside the United States
We ship to the other destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, but we do not accept mail returns for those deliveries. If an item delivered outside the United States is damaged, incorrect, or defective, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review a refund or a replacement without requiring you to mail the item back.
Problems with a refund
Please contact us first so we can fix the problem quickly. This does not limit any right you have to open a dispute with your card issuer or payment provider.
