Melodyrack is a store name. It is operated by an individual owner based in Vietnam and is not a registered company or LLC.

These addresses are for contact only. Neither one is a retail store, a warehouse, or a return address.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, products ordered, size, color, quantity, order number, and messages you send to support.
- Payment information: payments are made through PayPal on its secure checkout. We receive a payment confirmation and transaction details, not your full card or bank details. We do not store full card numbers on melodyrack.shop.
- Social sign-in: if you choose to sign in with a social account, we receive basic profile details from that service, such as your name and email.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and data from cookies and similar tags.
- Children: this website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

To take, produce, ship, and support orders; send order and return messages; answer support requests; send marketing emails if you sign up; prevent fraud; measure website traffic and advertising performance; and meet legal duties.
Marketing emails
If you sign up for our newsletter, we send marketing emails through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by writing to [email protected].

- Printful, to print the item in the United States and hand it to a carrier.
- Shipping carriers used by Printful.

- Email, website hosting, and security providers.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We share only the information these providers need to perform their services, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
Where your information is processed
Our store is run from Vietnam, and our service providers may operate in the United States and other countries. If you order from the United States or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and accessed from those countries, including Vietnam, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. We use it only as described in this policy.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies and tags as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Order records are kept as needed to complete the order, handle the 30-day U.S. return window, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and tax duties.

If your state gives you a right to appeal a refusal, reply with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We do not treat you differently for making a request.

Checkout is served over HTTPS, and payment card data is handled by PayPal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
